When you buy an AEBA franchise, your territory will be established and carefully protected.
Based on the agreement, during the term of the partnership no other AEBA franchise will have the right to operate in your territory.

Unavailable territories: Romania, Switzerland and the north of Italy. In the territories mentioned it is only possible to buy existing locations.
Establishing territories
Territories are established based on agreement.

We offer two different franchise agreements: Country agreement and city agreement.
​
Country agreement: Within the country agreement, the franchisee has territorial exclusivity throughout the entire country and can open multiple AEBA locations. Although it requires greater financial involvement, this commitment can lead to faster franchise development, market leadership and has a stronger impact on the franchisee's success. Under this agreement, the franchisee may sell locations already established.

City agreement: Within the city agreement, the franchisee has territorial exclusivity only in certain cities or metropolitan areas. Therefore, we recommend this agreement for cities with a population over 2 million. The franchisees that have this agreement, may opt for the country agreement if there are no other open AEBA locations in their country. In case there are other AEBA locations established, in order to change to a country agreement, they must purchase the existing locations at the estimated business value.
